But first....tonight police have recaptured all but one of the six prisoners who bolted for freedom on Tuesday afternoon. Early this morning, the sixth and most dangerous prisoner Robert Hill was recaptured in the Saint Martin's DePorres Area of Belize City. Hill along with Carlton Lord Jr., Manuel Williams, Michael Faux, and Allan Perdomo will be back on the prison bus they escaped from first thing tomorrow morning when they are taken to the Magistrate's Court for arraignment on a charge each of escape.

Hill who was once convicted of murder and was serving 27 years for a string of robbery convictions was found at 6 this morning hiding under the bed in a house on Oleandar Street. 7NEWS has confirmed that hill was hiding under Steve Smith's bed and tomorrow morning smith will be arraigned for harboring

a fugitive. But today Smith's aunt Joycelyn Lamb told us that her nephew has nothing to do with Robert Hill who simply ran into an open door to seek cover. She says that door just happened to be the one leading to Steve Smith's house.

Joycelyn Lamb, Aunt of Accused
"My nephew doesn't have anything to do with that. My nephew was in my sister's house this morning using the bathroom when it looked like the fugitive saw the police passing on the street and he ran into my nephew's house because the door was opened. When my nephew came out of the house he saw the police and he asked them what they wanted and they told him one of the fugitives was under his bed. They told the man to come out and if he didn't they were going to shoot him (Robert Hill). One of the officers said they were taking my nephew with them and that is not fair because he had nothing to do with any fugitive; we don't harbor or even promote those kind of things. My nephew is not going to jail for anyone."

Keith Swift,
How are you sure your nephew doesn't know Robert Hill?

Joycelyn Lamb,
"I am sure of that because my nephew wasn't even home, he was with his girlfriend and had just returned home when it happened. He had just come in for the morning and he was using my sister's bathroom. When he came out of the bathroom he was surprised because he had left his door opened when he went to use the bathroom.

We don't know who he is (Robert Hill). I don't know who that is or none of them and they are trying to put it on my nephew."

Keith Swift,
Why would you say Robert Hill chose to go into your nephew's yard?

Joycelyn Lamb,
"I don't know, I have no idea. People are always running through and fro there because police are always going there looking for drugs and that is target for them."

Keith Swift,
So you don't think your nephew belongs in prison?

Joycelyn Lamb,
"He is wrongly imprisoned because is not going to go do no time for nobody."

Smith will be charged with harboring a fugitive. The seventh escapee Edwin Vanegas remains at large tonight. Police say they believe he is still in the city but is trying to make his way north. Vanegas was serving time for burglary.
