Police say he was the one that told Andrew Wallace to pull the trigger on a teenaged adversary and today, a 15 year old was charged for abetment to murder. The teenager was taken to Family Court where he was charged for abetment to commit murder. He was offered and met bail. But there's more to the story: this 15 year old has school starting next week, but instead of going to class he is trying to stay out of jail. But this afternoon we spoke with the young man and he says the police story is bogus.

Alleged Accomplice,
"I was riding in front of him and I heard a single shot first and I ducked for cover. When I continued to ride I heard a next amount of shots and when I looked back I saw Andrew drop on the ground on his belly and then the police told him to freeze or he would kill him if he moved. I just continued to ride off and I told my friends when I reached. I didn't stop because the police bust one shot after me."

Alfonso Noble,
The police are saying they were two young men and one of them had a gun. The one who had a gun was riding and then the other one told him see him there, bust it. What do you have to say about that?

Alleged Accomplice,
"That was all a lie because I didn't anyone on the streets, I only saw the officer. I did see the officer but I didn't see anyone who Andrew could have taken a shot a target after."

Jules Vasquez,
Why would the police officer Randy Sanchez just shoot after you all?

Alleged Accomplice,
"I don't really know because he probably thought we had fired the shot but we didn't fire any shots, we were just riding."

Alfonso Noble,
But there was a shot fired to him?

Alleged Accomplice,
"Yes the first single shot I heard but it didn't come from Andrew."

Jules Vasquez,
When you spoke to investigators, did they you offer you anything like a deal if you would say Andrew had a gun?

Alleged Accomplice,
"They said they would make me walk free if I tell them that Andrew Wallace had a gun. I told them I didn't see Andrew with any gun."

Alfonso Noble,
So you are saying they were trying to tell you to tell them that Andrew had a gun?

Alleged Accomplice,
"Yes and then they said they will give me a run and they won't charge me. I think they just wanted that policeman to walk free like that but I can't say I saw Andrew with a gun if I didn't see him with no gun. I won't tell any lie.

This is affecting me bad because I have to go to school and this nearly cost me my school career right there because I nearly went to jail but my sister saved me when she went to court this afternoon when they adjourned the case."

The young man was offered bail in the sum of $1,500 and he is to reappear in court on November 1.
