He held a gun to the head of a thirteen-year-old girl and today 18-year-old Troy Griffith got to tell his story to the judge.

The young lady reported to the court that two days ago, she was at her grandparents home on Neal's Pen Road, when she heard someone banging at the door. When she looked through the window to see who it was, she alleges that Griffith put the gun to the right side of her head.

Griffith, also a resident of Neal's Pen Road, was charged with aggravated assault. He pleaded not guilty but because it is a firearm offence, he was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until October 7th.

But while he was in court, police found out that he had used an alias, Tyson Neal when he appeared on a robbery charge. Tyson neal has to return to court on October the 7th the same day his alter ego, Troy Griffith comes off of remand.
