Burglars Crack Gwen Liz's Safe

And across town burglars had better luck with an iron chest. This one was inside the office at Gwen Lizarraga High School. The principal told us that sometime after 2 am burglars cracked open four locks to access an office containing the school's safe. The thieves took about $1,060 in cash which was money left over from graduation and other petty cash. There is a night security guard at the school but he only recalls seeing two suspicious individuals around the time of the break-in.
