Albert Garnett, Father of Accused
"The same time my son was home with me while the robbery was going on. I was sitting down on the front step, me and Errol Tillet. W e were drinking two beer so at the same time my son was coming out of the yard and I told him that I just saw the police harassing some youths so don't go that way. He told me that he didn't have to worry because he doesn't keep weed on him and he doesn't smoke weed. He told me he was gong across the street to his aunty and I told that he didn't need to have weed on him because the police will harass him anyway."
Keith Swift,
So your son didn't do this robbery?
Albert Garnett,
"My son didn't do the robbery."
Keith Swift,
Have you asked your son if he did it?
Albert Garnett,
"Yes. I know my son didn't do it because at the same timer when there was the robbery, my son was home with me."
All three are due back in court on October 2nd.
