Guatemalan Accused of Hideous Rape in Benque

Benque Viejo Police have arrested a man wanted for another hideous sexual offence against a female child. 7 weeks ago, the child's father came home to find his ten-year-old daughter bowled over and vomiting in a hammock. The deeply traumatized child explained that that 37 year old Guatemalan national Rene Chavez Ramos, who had come to their home begging for food, brutally raped her when the father left the home. The child had been hospitalized for a month and police only just caught up with Chavez Ramos yesterday.

The 37-year-old Guatemalan National was positively identified by the child through the Benque station's new one-way mirror. He has been charged with rape and unlawful carnal knowledge and was today remanded into custody.
