No Foul Play Suspected in Death of Nigerian Man

The body of a Nigerian man was found floating this morning in the sea near mile four on the Northern Highway. Tonight, 7NEWS has learnt that police do not suspect foul play. The apparent drowning victim has been identified as 30-year-old Nigerian national Chbuike Vignus Mbama. Police say that Mbama was reported missing by friends on Friday. They reported that he was in San Pedro for a while but had been acting suspiciously upon his return. His body now awaits a post mortem to certify the cause of his death.
