He's accused of molesting his 6-year-old nephew, and Orange Walk police have charged 47-year-old Pedro Aguilar and charged him for an unnatural act and grievous harm.

Aguilar appeared in Magistrate's Court today and was remanded to prison until March 14th, 2007.
