Crooked Tree Villager Stabbed on Water Lane

A Crooked Tree Village resident is lucky to be alive tonight after he was stabbed during a street fight in Belize City over a female on Monday night.

33-year-old Charles O'Connors told police that around 11:30 he was talking to a female on Water Lane in Belize City when he got into an argument with a man whom he knows.

The argument was allegedly over the female he was speaking to. O'Connors claims the man pulled out a knife and stabbed him to the back of his neck, his right upper back, left ear, and the back of his head.

The man fled shortly after and he is still on the run tonight. O'Connors meanwhile is in the KHMH where he is listed in a serious condition.
