Tragedy struck in Bella Vista Village on Sunday when a 3-year-old girl fell into a well and drowned. 19-year-old Helen Yutz told police that on Sunday she left her daughter, 3-year-old Sylvia Regina Yutz, in the care of the child's 64-year-old grandmother Juana Yutz. Helen says that when she returned at 6 pm on Sunday she was told that little Sylvia was found in the well. Police have not brought charges.
