He allegedly pointed a 9-millimeter gun in a face of an employee at Malic Supermarket on the Boulevard and now 30-year-old Roger Anthony has been charged for aggravated assault. It happened on Friday evening around 5 pm. The store clerk told police that Anthony entered and asked him for the owner. The clerk told Anthony he didn't know and that's when Anthony allegedly pulled out a 9-millimeter pistol from his waist and threatened the clerk. The police were called and Anthony fled.

Police caught up to him on Hondo Street and found a loaded silver and black Ruger brand pistol on him. Police have traced the gun back to a robbery on May 2nd.
