5 Years in Jail for Nude Burglar

He was caught inside a 16-year-old girl's room naked and today 20-year-old David Beeks was found guilty and sentenced to 5 years in jail. He was found guilty of burglary with intention to commit rape. It occurred at 4 in the morning on May 15th of this year. The girl says she was sleeping in her home in the Port Loyola area and got up to use the bathroom and found Beeks at her bathroom door. He was naked.

She called police and though Beeks had already fled, she knew him and police tracked him down. Beeks took the stand in his own defense and denied the incident ever occurred and accused the high school student of lying.

Magistrate Dorothy Flowers believed her and imposed the 5 year sentence.
