The way he brandishes a chainsaw, you might want to call him "leather face", but James Swazo is just a City Council employee and one who's in big trouble tonight. Swazo, who charged at police with a chainsaw at Monday's sign fiasco, has been slapped with 5 counts of aggravated assault. The Gill Street resident is 33 years old.
