And one woman who isn't as angry as you think she might be is Gilda Brannon. She is the mother of the two brothers - Kevin and Phillip Brannon whom Bennett and Kee are accused of killing and also the mother of Basil Brannon, one of the men they allegedly attempted to kill. She told us this evening that while she is outraged that her son's accused killers are allowed a get out of prison card, she isn't particularly surprised.

"Well I was mad for true. I said if I had met them, maybe if I had a gun I would shoot them because my sons are already dead and they came out of jail like that. That isn't correct."

"That is money. Once you have money anything happens nowadays. Once you have money, that is what talks now."

And where does Mike Peyrefitte stand in all this? Police today said he was attorney for all four men, but in fact, he is only Puga's attorney.
