Two teenagers were charged for murder in Cayo today. They are 15 year old Jodean Vidal and 17 year old Michael Lamb, both residents of Santa Elena. They have reportedly confessed to killing Michael and Donna Hill on Saturday at their home in Cristo Rey. According to our sources, 15 year old Jodean was a former employee of the Hills and may have used that familiarity to get into the house on Saturday where Michael Hill was reportedly alone. His wife came home in the middle of what was believed to have been a robbery and subsequently they were both killed.
Interestingly, it is believed that Michael Hill was fatally shot in the house, while his wife was shot outside some distance away. But after the killing, the young perpetrators put the bodies together. So far, police believe the motive was robbery. The pair was arraigned for murder and were remanded until August 7th.
