32 year old Frank Longsworth, who was charged with aggravated assault and grievous harm, is out on bail tonight, while his younger brother,27 year old Kevin Longsworth, remains in critical condition at the KHMH. After a family dispute on Saturday at about 10:30 Frank stabbed his younger brother, Kevin in his back, chest, and elbow. Frank pleaded not guilty, and his lawyer told the court that it was not intentional.
After almost being denied bail, the accused told the court that his brother Kevin didn't wish to take him to court and that he already apologized for what had happened. In the end, he was granted a four thousand dollar bail, along with the conditions that he must not interfere with his brother. Longsworth is due back in court on September 11th.
