Thirty six year old Jude Pennil, a driver of Barrias Construction Company is tonight out on a two hundred dollar bail after he was charged for exposing his person. The incident allegedly occurred at mile two and a half on the northern highway at the Gulf Hotel. According to court reports, the accused allegedly shook his private part at the owner of the establishment. Today Jude Pennil in the company of his attorney Dickie Bradley pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Magistrate Aretha Ford. The case has been adjourned until November seventeenth.
The report is that on Sunday, September twenty seventh Hsui Chi told police that she was outside the gulf hotel because she had directed a video surveillance camera to point in a yard next to her hotel, Pennil who was working in the yard then allegedly shook his private part at her. Police detained Jude Pennil, a resident of Buttonwood Bay and charged him with exposing his person.
Pennil denied he committed the offence and said he was urinating and he was not exposing himself for anyone to see.
