Egbert Walford Charged for Drug Possession

And before we go to break – we have a correction to a story last night. We told you that former cyclist George Abraham was charged for trafficking a large amount of marijuana, 18 pounds, to be exact. That was correct but the picture we showed was wrong. This was the picture – and it is not George Abrahams; it is Egbert Walford who was also charged for the possession of a small amount of marijuana. Walford pleaded guilty, was fined $800 and the charge against his girlfriend Ashley Gladden was withdrawn. Our apologies to Walford. Abrahams, his wife and teenaged son pleaded not guilty and received bail.
