A 33 year old who told the court he is an accountant was taken before the Magistrate today accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl – and capturing it on videotape! Cordel Gonzalez was charged with two counts of carnal knowledge and no plea was taken because the offences are indictable. He was also denied bail because the offence is non-bailable. He was remanded into custody until April 16th.

The 13 year old went to police on Tuesday and reported to police that she had sex with Gonzalez at his West Canal home twice in November of last year. He allegedly videotaped that encounter and another she had with a 17 year old male at the same residence. Police are now looking for that 17 year old.
