Thirty thousand suspected pseudo-ephedrine pills remain in the custody of the Customs Department at the airport tonight. The pills were intercepted yesterday in a package addressed to a local pharmaceutical company. The package originated in Bangladesh and contained 5 cartons with various pills – three of those cartons containing thirty thousand pills are suspected to be pseudo-ephedrine.

And while the pills remain under suspicion, that’s about all investigators at the Customs Department currently have. Though it was intended for a local company with a known address, our information says that the Customs investigators have had a hard time tracking down the owner of the company.
