Weed Field In North Destroyed

In September - we told you the story of two teenagers who were killed near San Marcos village by eight armed men who were looking for a marijuana field. Well, that area isn't far from Indian Creek village where police yesterday found a large weed field.

It was located 3 miles east of Indian Creek and the 3 acre spread had 33,000 cannabis plants ranging in height from four to six feet.

No one was found in the area, and the plants were uprooted and destroyed.
