She says he was "flashing" her; but a wheelchair bound man says he was only relieving himself. And so, a charge of exposing his person against 68 year old Albert -Reds- Garbutt was dismissed today in the Magistrate's Court.

The charge was dismissed when the complainant, a 17 year old girl, testified that she does not want any further court action.

The incident occurred on Good Friday night, April 9th. The girl reported to the police that she was walking on Pickstock Street and while she was passing the residence of former Prime Minister George price, she saw Garbutt exposing his person. Garbutt's explanation was that he was drinking and needed to urinate. He said he couldn't make it up the stairs so he went around the house and did it in the open air - thus crossing paths with the teenager.
