Ladyville police have also served the CEO of the British Caribbean Bank Lyndon Guiseppi with a notice of intended prosecution for the accident which led to the death of Marvin Deras.
As we told you, Deras died yesterday after he was involved in a collision with Guiseppi which happened on August 7th between miles 6 and 7 on the Northern Highway.
Normally, manslaughter charges would proceed almost automatically after a traffic death, but in this case police report that the file has been sent to the DPP's office for quote, "perusal and instructions." We understand the DPP has found the investigation to be incomplete and instructed police to complete it and then return it to her.
