One More Alleged Killer Arraigned

He was charged yesterday but accused murderer Ernest Staine went to court today. Staine was arraigned in the number one Magistrate's Court for the murder of the owner of Eagle One Hardware, Wendellin Reimer. Apart from murder, he was also charged with the robbery of three- hundred dollars from Carmelita Eck, an employee of Eagle One Hardware.

Staine was remanded until November eleventh and he joins the other accused Nicholas Swazo on remand. A trio of men went into Eagle One three weeks ago Friday October 7th bought something and then pulled out a gun. Reimer dashed to get out of the store, but they shot him fatally in the head as he was fleeing.
