Three persons, one of them 27 year old disc jockey Kevin Lara, known as "DJ Motion", were charged with 3 counts of burglary when they appeared today in the Magistrate's Court.

The other two are 20 year old Ronald Michael and a 17 year old boy, a disc jockey. The trio was also charged with handling stolen goods. In addition Lara alone was charged with 2 counts of handling stolen goods.

Also, Michael and 20 year old Shamrock Tucker, were charged with 1 count of handling stolen goods.

They pleaded not guilty to the charges and were offered bail. Their case was adjourned until January 16.

According to the allegation the trio broke into the residence of Kevin Morris on November 12.

The items that were stolen included assorted clothing, a cellphone, a flat screen television, and other assorted electronic devices.

They are also accused of breaking into Honey Bees Club, on Coney Drive.

The items that were stolen included assorted liquor, assorted soft drinks and one stereo system.

The third burglary occurred at the business place of Leon Fulgram where electronic items were again stolen.

The charges of handling stolen goods are for items that were stolen during the three burglaries. Only Tucker has met bail.
