

Two men and a woman, who the police reported they busted with 4 grams of crack cocaine, were charged with drug trafficking when they appeared yesterday in the Magistrate's Court.
They are 35 year old Kurl Benguche, a small businessman of 13 Myrtle Waight Crescent, Ladyville; 23 year old Jemmy McLaughlin, an auto mechanic of the same address; and McLaughlin's girlfriend, 22 year old Nadia Pineda, also of the same address. Benguche alone was charged with possession of 51 grams of cannabis. They pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser offered each of them a bail of 6 thousand dollars, which they met. Their case was adjourned until December 28.
On Saturday, November 26 the GSU searched a yard at 13 Myrtle Waight Crescent, where they found the crack cocaine and cannabis.
