41 YEAR OLD Kimberly Brannon will spend the rest of her life in prison for killing her common law husband, Anthony Antics Herrerra. Justice Herbert Lord handed down the automatic sentence today after he heard mitigation pleas.

She has been in prison since the murder three years ago, in December of 2008.

It happened in Burrell Boom near the racetrack where, according to her confession, the then 38 year old Brannon, chopped up "Antics" Herrera while he slept.

She did it with a short machete which she used to slice the right side of his neck. While he lay dead, she waited five hours before going to a relative with a story saying that two men had come into the house to chop him up.
