Police have made no arrests for the murder of 36 year old Edmund Panton. As we reported, he was killed on Friday evening on Mex avenue. He had just dropped off his mother - who was visiting to bury her older son Dwight, who was killed two weeks ago when he was shot in front of a night club.
As his mother got out of the vehicle. A gunman rode up on bicycle and shot him twice: once in the neck and once in the chest. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but died shortly after.
