Police say that he has been served with a notice of intended prosecution, and his vehicle has been impounded. They're treating the case of Williams' death will be treated as a Manslaughter by negligence case.

That other fatal accident happened on between miles 26 and 27 on the Southern Highway between Saturday Night and Sunday morning, and it was a hit and run.

Police investigators arrived on the scene at around 8 on Sunday morning, and found lifeless body of 34 year-old Marical Salam, a labourer of San Roman Village. What they've been able to find out so far is that he left an area by the George Town High School some 9 hours earlier, but he didn't reach home. A passer-by saw his body and informed police.
