Last week we told you about the murder of singer-songwriter Mr. Program known as Gilbert Alamilla. His death has shocked and saddened both the artistic community and every Belizean that's ever caught the vibe of one of his songs.
But while Mr. Program's tragic death still weighs heavy, the cops have apprehended one of the men responsible.
He is Clayton White the man who allegedly inflicted the fatal stab wound. But White wasn't the mastermind; he was coerced, even threatened into inflicting violence against Mr. Program. This afternoon Sr. Supt Romero told us that the man who gave the order is still on the run.

"Reference the murder of Gilbert Alamilla which occurred on Friday in Belize City, police have since arrested and charged Clayton White for the crime of murder and we are seeking one more person in connection to this murder."

"As I understand it, Clayton White is the person who allegedly inflicted the fatal stab wounds but he allegedly did so that the instruction of another man. We have seen a wanted poster as well for another individual - so is this person still wanted?"

"Yes. He is still wanted."

"So is this person still wanted?"

"Yes, he is still wanted in connection to thus murder."

"We see that White is charged for murder, being that allegedly the other individual, Mr. Marsden didn't wield the murder weapon or commit the murder himself - will he also be charged for murder?"

"We will seek advice on that and the appropriate charge will be levied when he is apprehended." Clayton White appeared in Magistrate's Court today and was remanded for murder.
