A Guatemalan narco caught in a rogue and lawless act in that country allegedly has ties to Belize. According to the Prensa Libre which posted this video, Luis Morales Heredia was captured on camera going to into a courthouse in Chiquimula, Guatemala with a machine gun and threatening two police officers saying, "Tell the commissioner that I am the canche Heredia and tell him that he better give me an answer...",
He also used the video to send a message to his wife, saying You want to see who your husband is, look at this…".
Now, as a consequence of this outlaw behaviour, he is being sought in that country
But, how does any of this relate to Belize?
According to Prensa Libre, he contrabands Grass seeds from Belize, that's a part of his narcotics enterprise, and there are concerns that since he's being sought he could try to run for cover in Belize. We'll let you know if and when he's caught.
