On Monday night we told you about Eufemio Garcia, a villager from Orange Walk's Yo Creek village who was brutally gunned down while having some beers at his local grocer.
As we told you, it wasn't the first time Garcia had been targeted by a gunman. Here's the update on that case from Commissioner Chester Willams.

"Well we believe that is drug related. Mr. Garcia was shot previously and from what we gathered he knew exactly who shot him, but he had refused to cooperate with the police in terms of providing any statement or information that would have been able to identify to the police who the perpetrator of that previous shooting was and we believe that it is the same person who may have shot him before who came back for him."
Eufemio Garcia's father in an interview earlier this week said that if his son had feared for his life he didn't share that information with them.
