And another crime involving alcohol valued at not 6, but 7 figures is the case involving VL Bryant and Company.

In March as many as 1400 cases of uncustomed liquor was found in the company's warehouse - which - our sources say - could have resulted in a fine as high as four million dollars.

That's not a negligible sum - but today the Minister of Finance didn't want to talk about it:

Reporter
"Sir, is there any update on the date the bust of uncusotmed goods that happened at the Victor L Bryant warehouse?"

John Briceno, Prime Minister
"You'd have to talk with the Comptroller of Customs."

Reporter
"Sir, but have you been briefed on the situation, sir to find out how that could have happened?"

John Briceno, Prime Minister
"I have been briefed about it the bust but I do not ask for the details, it's something that Customs Department needs to deal with."

We have reached out to the Comptroller multiple times and are still waiting on a response.
