She was charged for 40 counts related to alleged land fraud one month ago, and has been singled out in a broader police investigation into a land fraud scheme. They appeared before a Magistrate in Court #1 after midday today with attorney, Rowell Gonzalez. They both pleaded not guilty but because no bail can be granted, they were remanded and must seek bail through the High Court.
