And, now, in court news...
5 months ago, the ComPol's brother, Arthur Williams, was charged after allegedly disseminating false information about the Compol on social media. As part of his bail conditions, he was not to use any form of social media to speak out against the Commissioner or any member of the police department.
Well on June 20th and thereafter there were a flurry of negative posts apparently alluding to the Compol.
And because of that post, when Williams was at his court hearing today, he was detained by another officer for breaching his bail conditions. Williams argued with the officer for a few minutes before he was escorted into a police mobile pending investigation.
In regards to the case currently before the court, that was adjourned for November 11th after he was provided with the remaining disclosure.
