And while not gang related, it's another murder that occurred during the state of emergency. But for those detained, their tribunal has finally started well into their second month of detention. The ComPol said that the members are currently working through the cases of those who were detained first.

"The SOE Tribunal has been constituted. I must say the members have been appointed and they've already started meeting. All of the detainees have not gone but they're doing it in strides, it's a number of them so it will take a while for all of them to be able to go before the Tribunal but we're dealing with those who were detained first so the first who were detained are the ones who the Tribunal is currently reviewing their cases."
