There was also a brief skirmish in court about the admissibility of two documents - letters from the attorney for the Feinstein Group - at least one of them proposing a US 50 million dollar compensation for the 23.4 acres.

"The two documents are the letters, one which Jules Vasquez had put on Channel Seven, which was the offer from Mike Feinstein. And the other one was a similar letter to the government, both of which are supposedly without prejudice. So they're objecting to it's being admitted in evidence. We are saying that it's admissible."
