Two Mexican men are dead after a 3 car collision on the George Price Highway late last night. The accident involved a pickup, an 18 wheeler, and a compact car. The 2 Mexican men were crushed inside their care, but two children were also injured. But just how exactly did it happen? Courtney Menzies has this story.

This is the mangled wreckage left behind after a massive collision on the George Price highway last night after 11:00 between mile 13 and 14. A Ford F150 heading towards Belmopan crashed into the rear wheel of a freightliner truck. The Ford spun out of control and slammed head-on into a Nissan that was traveling behind the truck.

Inside the Nissan were two Mexican men, 35 year old Othoniel Vasquez Moreno and 46 year old Amisadai Valdez Dominguez, who were trapped inside. Fire personnel eventually got them out, but they had already passed away.

Two children, 5 year old Shamir Pineda and 9 month old Damaris Pineda were rushed to the hospital with injuries.

They were inside the Ford pickup, and the driver, 40 year old Osman Pineda, is also receiving treatment at the hospital.

He was served with an NIP and a urine sample was taken.

Currently, there is a GoFundMe that was created to assist the family of the Mexican victim, Dominguez.

We'll let you know if and when charges are brought.
