A police officer was also involved in a shooting over the weekend-but was he shot at, or was it friendly fire? ACP Romero explained that it happened while the officer was off duty, and they are still searching for suspects.
ACP Hilberto Romero, HNCIB
"Eric Usher attached to SPU reported that while he was driving his vehicle in the Young Gyal area of Roaring Creek he saw two persons who came out of the bushes and thereafter the male persons fired shots towards his vehicle and he then drove away and realized that his vehicle had been struck. His vehicle has several bullet holes and we are currently conducting an investigation into this report. We are looking at all the facts and we will do some ballistics as well so that will determine what becomes of the report."
