Police have arrested and charged a Belizean welder and a 17-year-old minor for the Dangriga murder of 16-year-old Isiah Noralez. The adult is 25-year-old Naheem Bonilla. Noralez was reportedly gunned down while riding his bicycle home in the Benguche area when two males on a motorcycle approached him, and one of them fired a fatal shot.
