And, finally, a Roaring Creek local was detained in Caye Caulker after several types of drugs were found in his possession. ASP Stacy Smith also shared those details with us.

"Caye Caulker police have formally arrested and charged 45-year-old Joseph Lopez of Roaring Creek Village for three counts of drug trafficking following an operation at a property in that village, being Caye Caulker, which led to the discovery of 87.8 grams of cannabis, 2.39 grams of cocaine, and 1.59 grams of crack cocaine. The arresting officer reported that he executed a search warrant at the residence of Lopez at around 6:00 AM on Friday, 3rd of July, which led to the discovery of the reported drugs."
