Things have taken a positive turn for the Pitbull that was captured being abused in Cotton Tree Village. And it's all thanks to a woman named Jessica Schreiber and her family.
After seeing the abuse video, Schreiber picked up the dog from where it was being held in Cotton Tree and later made this Facebook post stating, "There was gasoline poured in his eyes and then the beatings, tied to a chain so long his hair is gone around his neck, skin and bones and so afraid right now.....With everything he has been through he is showing such kindness, rests his head in my hands."
No one has been charged as yet for animal cruelty, but police say they are investigating.
