The Papaya Orchestra, that Central American Supergroup has played in Belize to rave reviews, but when the players went to rounder Manuel Oregon's hometown in San Jose Costa Rica last week they had a full festival. The grandmaster represented Belize and with the help of the orchestra in full swing, he told us it was a night to remember.
Grandmaster,
"You know how we rest. When I go to represent, from the dog out of the street go, the catto go, the politicians go, because I go to represent Belize. Its not only me that goes, its 250,000 of us go and you know Grandmaster rests, the man says no pasa nada, mi hablar espanol tambien. I just kill them with it Jules."
