And from iguana stew to a monster jewfish. This evening a fisherman hauled in a 250 pound jewfish. Lloyd Brakeman says he was fishing in the Moho Caye area when he hit it big. He told us what happened.

Lloyd Brakeman, Fisherman
“Back a Moho Caye, that is where we usually go to look for jewfish.”

Keith Swift,
When did you realize you had a big one?

Lloyd Brakeman,
“Well most of the time it is when you hitch and feel the weight of the fish and the power and then you know it is a good one you have.”

Keith Swift,
This is the biggest you’ve caught?

Lloyd Brakeman,
“No this is not the biggest one. Months ago I caught one about four change. I have already sold it. It is rough so I have to deal with what I have to deal with.”

Brakeman says that yesterday he found a 125 pound jewfish.
