And while the Zelaya family spent today prepping ceviche, churches across the country spent the past few weeks preparing for the start of the lenten season. This religious observance starts with Ash Wednesday - a day when Christians visit their priests and pastors to receive a symbolic cross on their forehead made of ashes.

But in a pandemic, someone being physically close to someone else who is required to touch their forehead is not the most sanitary practice.

That's why the churches got creative with how they administered this year's ashes. Bishop Phillip Wright told us more about how the Anglican Churches were able to maintain this long standing tradition.

And while Ash Wednesday was a success, Bishop Wright says the lent season is usually very busy for them. He explained how the Anglican Churches are planning to ensure that they are still able to celebrate this very important season of reflection and preparation for Easter.

Bishop Wright said that they have noticed more people logging on to their online sessions than what would have been expected if churches were open under normal circumstances.
