Moses Sulph is back at the helm as president of the University of Belize's Student Government.
Elections were held yesterday and counting concluded around 1 am this morning. Sulph came out on top with 223 votes while Moises Shoman got 166 votes and Rollin Powery got 10 votes.
Sulph is a two time President who was dethroned last year by Carrie Wong K. But before assuming the presidency, Wong K left to attend the Air Force Academy. She was replaced by her vice-president Rollin Powery who ran for president this time around but again only got 10 votes.
Sulph will take up the presidency when the new academic year begins in August.
