Chispas' Publisher Apologizes for Error

Hartcourt Education Limited, the publishers of the controversial Chispas books which show Belize mapped in as a part of Mexico has apologized for the error. A release from the Ministry of Education quotes the publisher as saying, “we can only apologize for this error and assure you that it will be corrected when the books come up for their next reprint.” W_ill that be enough to silence the Chispas critics which include the BNTU which wants the books to be recalled? Well, if it isn’t, Hartcourt has promised more. It has committed to produce a wall poster which will highlight Belize, separate and independent from Mexico – commonly known as “a proper map.” These posters will be distributed to all primary schools.
