Before the start of every school year, students and their parents are always in a frenzy to get all those textbooks in hand before the school bell rings on the first day of school. That's a practice that continues even at university level. But following a successful high school and sixth form book exchange last week, organizers have planned to hold another session this weekend.

"Last Saturday at the BTALCO parking lot - this is at #1 Mapp Street right across from Tavern we had a book exchange where we invited parents, high school students, sixth form students to drop by and bring all their old books and the program was such a success. Parents came with their bags of books that they had just sitting there on shelves doing nothing and we have students who were in need of books to go back to school coming the next school year. It was such a success that a lot of people ask for us to do it again, so this Saturday once again from 1-5 in the afternoon we are inviting parents, high school students, sixth form students or if you just know somebody who are in need of books and have books themselves to drop by the BTALCO parking lot at #1 Mapp Street, bring along your books. Brings books that are on your shelves catching dust - nobody is using it, there are students out there who can use and it and who needs it and even if you don't want to exchange you could always sell it a low reasonable rate."
The book exchange starts at 1 o'clock on Saturday afternoon and will run until 5 o'clock in the evening.
