UB Graduating 1,192 Virtually

Also going virtual is the University of Belize for its graduation.

One thousand, one hundred and ninety two (1,192) students will be graduating from the University of Belize in a virtual ceremony at 6:00 tomorrow evening.

UB's president, Dr Clement Sankat, promises that despite being virtual, the ceremony will be a grand event. Apart from it being virtual, there are many milestones in this set of graduates. We spoke to him via zoom video conference:

Five hundred and forty three students will be graduating with Bachelor's Degrees, five hundred and thirty six with Associates, eighty three with certificates, twenty seven with diplomas, and three with Master's Degrees.
