It was a Belize river trip for the Minister of Home Affairs and New Growth industries as he and a team from the Leadership Intervention Unit journeyed to Grace Bank Village to inspect some 120 acres. The idea is that at Risk Youth will be able to clear and work the land to create sustainable money generating activity that would provide an alternative to crime. It's not the first time this is being tried but - this is a new effort - here are some words from Dr Alvaro Rosado - who is donating the land - LIU Director William Dawson.
